Apenjie, what do we eat today? In this series, I will share my home cooking dishes with you, which are made with everyday common ingredients and very simple cooking methods. Today, I made a very common dish – braised pork in brown sauce. We usually use some potatoes as well to thicken the broth and add some sweetness. The streaky pork was stewed so well that it almost melted in the mouth. I can easily devour several bowls of rice with the dish. The recipe is highly recommended.
