A man mauled to death by dogs in Rabuor, Kisumu County

A middle aged man in Kisumu died on Saturday night after he was repordely mauled to death by 4 dogs at Kadibo area. According to residents 44 year old David Opija was ambushed by the dogs at around 11pm on Saturday, as he made his way home after watching a football match at a local joint. And as Laura Otieno reports, residents have called on the relevant authorities to issue licences to dog breeders.
