DIY Dog treats made from left over pumpkins from the garden.

DIY dog treats with pumpkin, egg, peanut-butter, old fashion oats, and a dose of glucosamine.

1- 42 oz container Old Fashion Oats
2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 container of 375 tablets Glucosamine with MSM
14 eggs
1 cup pumpkin water
The meat of 8 large pumpkins (These cook way down so adjust as needed)

-Preheat oven to 350
-Wash, cut into manageable pieces, remove seeds, and cut meat from pumpkins.
-Cook pumpkin in boiling water until tender.
-In a Blender pulse glucosamine tablets with 1 cup of the water from cooking the pumpkin. If more water is needed, add it 1/4 cup at a time.
-Puree pumpkin and pour into a large bowl.
-Add peanut butter and eggs
-Place oats in the food processor and pulse until they become a flour like consistency.
-Pour oats into pumpkin puree mixture.
-Scoop 1 ounce balls onto lined cookie sheet.
-Press balls down to flatten so they will bake evenly.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minuets depending on your oven.
