Hercules the Staffordshire Bull Terrier - 6 Weeks Residential Dog Training

Published
Hercules the 1 yr old Staffie has completed his 6 week residential stay.

Before training, Hercules struggled to control his excitement levels around dogs and people and would jump up at people or throw himself at them. He was also way over the top with his dog to dog greetings, which sometimes got him into trouble.

After 6 weeks of intensive training, he is now much more focused, and can stay engaged with his handler rather than rushing towards everyone in excited greeting. He is responsive to a wide range of obedience cues in a variety of busy environments, which will help his owners to become more confident with taking him out with them everywhere. He can walk well on the lead, recalls away from distractions, and can settle in restaurants and cafes.
