In this video, I have described how to make artichoke dip with lump Crab and Shrimp. Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with a full pound of lump crab meat, this ultra-rich Crab and Shrimp Artichoke Dip is a perfect appetizer for game day parties and year-round entertaining!

This crowd-pleasing dip comes together in just 25 minutes, and it is baked to absolute cheesy perfection!


????Recipe????

????Ingredients:

• 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
• 2 tsp of butter
• 2 cups fresh spinach
• 1 Jar or can artichoke hearts, drained
• 8 oz lump crab meat
• ½ pound medium shrimp
• 1 cup shredded parmesan, mozzarella, yellow sharp cheese
• 1 cloves garlic diced
• ½ cup of green onions
• 1 tsp pepper
• 2 tsp old Bay seasoning
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• ¼ tsp of onion powder
• ¼ tsp of garlic powder
• 2 tsp of paprika
• 2 tsp of fresh lemon juice
• 2 cups of half-half
• ½ cup Rotel (optional)
• Crush pepper flakes (optional)

????Instructions:

1. Heat butter and olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add shrimp into pan sauté until light pink. Remove from the pan.
2. Add artichokes, fresh garlic, spring onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook for a few minutes, just to take the raw edge off the artichokes.
3. Reduce heat to low and add 2 cups of half-half, Philadelphia Cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, yellow sharp cheese. stir until all the cheese has melted,
4. Add salt to a pot of boiling water and add spinach for 2-3 seconds. Drain, put spinach in cold ice water and squeeze out excess water. This will stop the cooking process, keeping the spinach nice and green. Chop into smaller pieces.
5. Add lump crab meat, shrimp, and spinach to the artichoke cheese mixture, stir to combine.
6. Add old Bay and Cayenne pepper to the mixture (Taste if necessary).
7. Spread evenly in a cast iron skillet or casserole dish and top with remaining parmesan cheese. Preheat the oven to 375. Turn oven to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is golden brown on top.
8. Garnish dip with fresh parsley or green onions.
9. Serve with pita chips, toasted baguette slices
10. All seasoning can be adjusted to your liking!
