Lucy the Sprocker - 4 Weeks Residential Dog Training

Lucy the Sprocker has completed her 4 week residential training holiday with us. Her owners had worked really hard with her training but she was still struggling in some areas.

Lucy is a very sociable, young, energetic girl and this combination has made her recall and loose lead walking very challenging. During her stay she has learnt to focus when faced with other dogs and birds and she is learning to remain calm when in areas of varying distractions which is helping her make the right decisions.

Although she was able to settle in the house this was a struggle when out in public. To allow her owners to take her to different places we have been working on her settling on cue.

Lucy is a young intelligent girl who is progressing well and is a pleasure to train. She will continue to need support with her training as she enters adolescence but she is definitely on the right track.
