Pool party today! Lunch together around the pool, kids joined us too

Boy was it hot at the farm today. On a Friday we usually have pizza Friday in the backyard together. But it was just too hot to do that so we moved lunchtime into the pool.

The dogs thought it was awesome. More pool time on a hot day is perfect. We all enjoyed it so much we decided to make it a regular thing during summer and we’re going to put in some shade and some tables. So at lunchtime the dogs have free swimming time whilst the humans have lunch.

The kids were feeling the heat too so they joined in for a swim.

Then out of nowhere the sun disappeared behind the clouds and the heat too. A storm blew over.

This afternoon all together having fun in the pool was something special. It’s what the farm is all about right there. I hope you enjoy watching along today ????
