There are just no words. When we think we have seen the worst, humans never cease to disgust us yet again.
Meet Bruno. He's a 1yr old bully mix whose owner brought him to a local vet claiming he hasn't eaten in over a month. Yes. You read that correctly. One month. Yet the owner didn't bring him to a vet until tonight, and can't even be bothered to pay for testing or treatment. Bruno weighs in at a mere 20lbs. After they let him suffer for over a month, it's apparently no longer worth it to the owner to try to care for Bruno.
Well Bruno, you're worth it to us. We aren't turning our back. We aren't saying no. The doctors have no idea what is causing Bruno's severe weight loss, heart murmur, injuries and other issues. They don't even know if Bruno is going to survive.
