Pumpkin and liver dog treats, How to make Dog Treats, Dog treat recipe with pumpkin
G'day everyone,
This is a recipe I invented on the fly to bring together a couple of Bobby's favourite tastes. Home made dog treats are very easy once you start to make them. This could just as easily be Pumpkin dog treats or Liver dog treats. I consider DIY dog treats to be one of the Best recipes for pets.

Thank you for watching my video and as promised, here is my recipe for Homemade dog treats with peanut butter
Bobby's Biscuits

6 Cups Wholemeal self raising flour
1 Cup Pumpkin puree
1/4 Cup dried Beef liver
2 tablespoons Coconut oil
1 Cups Stock (I use Beef)

Warm up the stock, oil and pumpkin together, then add to bowl
Add liver then add liver a bit at a time until the right texture.
Mix to form a soft dough.
Turn out from bowl and kneed enough to bring together
Roll out to 6mm (1/4") thick and using a cutter cut into treat shapes
Place spaced onto a baking paper lined baking sheet
Preheat oven to 180C (360f)


Bake on one side until browned
Turn over and return to the oven to brown the underside
Once browned place on a wire rack to cool they will firm up further as they cool.


Okay last instruction is once they cool hide them well, these are they only thing that Bobby will ever think about stealing off a table, I can leave a steak sitting on the table for hours and he would never think about touching it but these biscuits are irresistible to him.
