Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins| Like at Starbucks But Homemade

Here's the recipe:

Cream Cheese Filling:
8 oz Block of Cream Cheese
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Pumpkin Praline Topping:
2 tbsp of brown sugar, divided
1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp of unsalted butter
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds, chopped (you can use pecans or walnuts)

Pumpkin Muffins/ Batter:
2 cups of all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup of unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 cups of granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 15 oz can pumpkin purée
