Tearful when heartless owner raising dog for their bosintang food. Patient & love changed her life!

We got a report about a poor dog was chained in terrible condition in car wash area. It's heartbreaking when we know that the car wash owner raising dog for bosintang foods!! We tried to convice the dog owner for give up ownership but he's still not agree, so we often visit there for giving foods and clear water for the poor dog. The poor dog know that we come to give her foods, she's greeting us. She's very friendly.
