Ted and Elvis bake Carrot cake for dogs!!

Recipe:
2 eggs
3.5 dl grated carrot
2 tablespoons mashed banana (Ted used so much more)
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
1 dl lactose-free milk or oat milk
0.7 dl potato flour
0.5 dl gluten-free oatmeal


Do this:
Set the oven to 175 degrees celsius and prepare a baking tin by brushing it with coconut oil or you can cover the pan with parchment paper.

Lightly beat the egg with a fork and then add the carrot, banana, rapeseed oil and milk. Whisk these together to a smooth batter and then turn the flour over.

Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Remember that all ovens are differently hot, so keep an eye on your cake so it does not burn.
The carrot cake should be a little wet - but not sticky - when you take it out. It gets very juicy from all the carrots in it!
Frosting:
Spread a thin layer of lactose-free cream cheese on the carrot cake when it has cooled. Top with grated carrot.
